[Chung-O] 10-Type Multigrain Rice (Japgokbap)

[Chung-O] 10-Type Multgrain Rice

Whole Grains, Nutritious Rice

[Chung-O] 10-Type Multigrain Rice

Many Korean families prefer Japgokbap (multi-grain rice) over white rice.

That's because white rice is stripped of its nutritious husk and bran.

But! It's hard to beat the smooth taste of fluffy white rice...

So how to reconcile the two?

The Korean answer is to add-in whole grains & legumes to white rice.

Today we introduce a mix of 10 whole grains & legumes. It contains:

  • Sprouted Glutinous Barley (Organic)
  • Sprouted Brown Rice (Organic)
  • Sprouted Glutinous Brown Rice (Organic)
  • Sprouted Glutinous Black Rice (Organic)
  • Sprouted Black Beans (Organic)
  • Sprouted Wheat (Organic)
  • Sprouted Soybeans (Organic)
  • Sprouted Millet (Organic)
  • Sprouted Corn (Organic)
  • Sprouted Sorghum (Organic)

Each grain is grown organically in Korea - with no chemical fertilizers or pesticides.

Chung-O also harvest their grains during the sprouting phase - when the seeds/grains contain their highest nutritional value.

Plus, sprouted grains are easier to digest.

Note: This grain mix does not need to be pre-soaked before cooking.

(Typically, grains are pre-soaked to become soft so that they cook evenly with white rice.)

If you want to add nutrition to your daily white rice, this mix is perfect for you.

Choose from 500g (container) or 800g (large bag)
