Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the specific shipping address for our warehouse.
Pack with Care
Securely package the unopened items in their original containers to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
