These Ttukbaegis are constructed using 3-Ply Stainless Steel, which offers exceptional thermal efficiency, enabling rapid heating for fast-cooking.
Let's delve into the layers:
The top layer consists of Stainless Steel 304, a cooking-grade stainless steel renowned for its superior corrosion resistance.Ā It is entirely free from any toxic chemicals or hard metals like lead, cadmium, and nickel.
The middle layer is lightweight Aluminum, known for its excellent heat conductivity. This layer ensures even heat distribution throughout the cookware.
The bottom layer is Stainless Steel 439, a special stainless steel variant that makes the Ttukbaegis compatible with induction stovetops.
This cookware is suitable forĀ alllĀ stovetops: gas, electric, induction (oven-friendly too)
