What is '3-Ply'?

3-Ply (or Tri-Ply) refers to stainless steel that is constructed from three different layers of metal. It consists of stainless steel outer layers bonded to a middle layer of aluminum core.

The outer layers of stainless steel ensure durability, while the aluminum core allows for quick and efficient heating.

The combination of these materials results in cookware that is not only sturdy but also provides optimal cooking performance.

What is ‘Fully-Clad’?

It means that 3 layers are used throughout the entire pot - not just on the cooking surface (bottom of the pan).

Many cheaper cookware options often cut costs by applying multiple layers only to the cooking surface, neglecting the sides of the pans. Unfortunately, this results in uneven heat distribution, as the heat fails to spread evenly up the sides of the pan.

Modori Stainless Steel Frying Pans are coated with Greblon C3+ PRO non-stick surface.

Greblon is a special brand of high-performance non-stick coating developed by the German company Weilburger Coatings.

It's become world renowned for its exceptional non-stick properties and impressive durability. In fact, it's one of the best non-stick surfaces in the industry and 10x more durable than Teflon.

This coating is available in various grades: C2, C2+, C3, and C3+ ... with C3+ being the highest grade.

Modori is proud to use the highest grade non-stick coating available - GREBLON C3+ PRO.

It’s highly-durable and scratch resistant. PFOA/PFOS Free. Toxin-Free.

These frying pans are offered in two sizes: 24cm and 28cm.

Note: Only the 28cm size frying pan has a lid available, but it is sold separately.
