[Young Miller] Korean Corn Tea

For everyday drinking
[Young Miller] Korean Corn Tea (500g)
This is what we drink at home every day.
Not water exactly… but tea.
It’s roasted corn tea—lightly toasty, smooth, and naturally a little sweet. Nothing overpowering, just very easy to drink.
We love it in the mornings. We’ve been trying to cut back on coffee lately, and this has made it surprisingly easy.
Have a cup in the morning, then save your coffee for after lunch.
Corn tea is completely caffeine-free, so it’s safe for children, pregnant individuals, and anyone avoiding stimulants. We even send it to daycare with our child instead of water.
We’re pretty picky about corn tea. Over-roasted corn leaves a burnt, bitter taste—and that’s exactly what we avoid.
We also look for corn that’s grown in Korea, from producers we can trust.
This local, independent producer—Young Miller—does it right. They pressure-roast the corn, which brings out a warm aroma and clean, nutty flavor without bitterness.
It’s the kind of tea you’ll want to keep drinking all day.
How to make it:
-
Bring 1L of water to a boil
-
Add 6 spoonfuls of corn (add more if want stronger)
-
Boil on high heat for 5–10 minutes
-
Remove the corn (don’t leave it in—it can release starch and make the tea cloudy)
-
Transfer to another container, leave the lid open, and let it cool
Enjoy it hot, or chill it in the fridge and drink it cold.
Available in 500g or 1kg.
