If sourcing and preparing these herbal or medicinal ingredients feels overwhelming, we’ve got you covered. These Bossam Broth packs contains essential herbs like:

• Oriental Raisin Tree Stem (헛개나물줄기)
• Korean Castor Aralia Tree Stem (엄나무줄기)
• Kudzu Root (칡뿌리)
• Eleutherococcus Sessiliflorus (오갈피나무) 
• Korean Mulberry Tree (꾸지뽕나무)
• Bay Leaf (월계수입)

What sets this broth pack apart? All the ingredients are locally grown in Korea, ensuring authentic flavors. The only exception is the bay leaf, which is sourced from Turkey.

Using this broth pack is simple and convenient:

1. Add 2 liters of water and 1 broth pack to a pot. Bring to a boil.
2. Once boiling, add 600g to 1.5kg of pork (depending on your serving size).
3. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 30–60 minutes, adjusting the time based on the size and thickness of the meat.

This broth pack not only enhances the flavor of the pork but also tenderizes it and eliminates any unpleasant odor!
